What size groups can you accommodate?
We can host groups from approximately 40 to 150 students, with multiple room configurations available.
Can we visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage site visits so schools can see the spaces, discuss logistics and review event layouts.
Is alcohol served?
No. School prom events are planned in accordance with school requirements and age restrictions.
Can dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific requirements can all be accommodated.
Is there coach access?
Yes. Coaches can access the estate easily, and we have extensive onsite parking for staff and parents.
What is the booking and payment process?
We ask for a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due closer to the event. Our events team will talk you through a payment schedule that works for you.
Is there anything special for photos – the arrival moment parents love?
It’s one of Hartham Park’s best features. The driveway approach, parkland backdrop, and the house itself create a natural red carpet moment. Many schools arrange an early window specifically for photos on the estate.
